Full Job Description

This person will be a key member of our in-house Talent Acquisition team co-ordinating the end to end interview scheduling process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for all SJP applicants. This is a fast paced, high volume role which requires strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and assisting with other recruitment areas to include co-ordination, vendor management, offer paperwork and other projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage end to end interview booking process.

  • Manage all candidate queries to ensure a great candidate experience.

  • Manage/triage Recruitment internal mailbox.

  • Support Head of Interim Hires on team project co-ordination.

  • Upload all correspondence relating to new requisitions to ATS.

  • Responsible for managing interview notes.

  • Responsible for Internal Job Board/Job Alerts.

  • Support wider Talent Team with data reporting.

    CIPD (L3) or working towards beneficial.

  • Employment Law knowledge advantageous.

  • Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or In-house).

  • Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular diary management.

  • MI and systems experience advantageous.

  • An understanding of the services and products SJP provide.

  • Able to build a strong network and develop high quality relationships with line leaders and external stakeholders.

  • Efficiently resolve interview coordination issues to ensure delays in recruitment process are minimised and a high quality candidate experience.

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.

  • Able to manage conflicting priorities.
