Full Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Manager. Talent Managers are responsible for day-to-day talent management, including strategy building, relationship development between talent and brand partners, negotiating contracts, liaising between clients(brands) and talent, talent discovery and representing talent interests.

  • Minimum One Years Experience in social media/digital marketing OR talent management .

  • A keen interest in the influencer, entertainment or creative industries.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

  • Desire to take ownership of your own roster of talent.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Eagerness to grow and develop as Hyped continues to grow.

  • Ability to work from Hyped HQ in Poole, Dorset.

From brand collaborations to product launches, media appearances to digital series activations, the remainder of 2024 and beyond has a multitude of exciting opportunities on the horizon, and the partnerships between our Talent and Talent Managers are what bring these to life.

  • Competitive salary with target based commission/bonus structure. £22,000 - £30,000 DOE, plus commission/bonus.

  • Flexible working environment; 4 days per week in office, 1 day per week from home(optional).
