Full Job Description
Brand Partnerships:
- [ ] Outreach for new brand relationships using tools provided by the team.
- [ ] Manage day-to-day brand communication, from coordinating deliverables to resolving issues, to ensure the seamless execution of partnerships.
- [ ] Negotiate budgets in a professional manner, proactively sourcing the correct talent for the job and strategise the most effective way to spend the budget, always keeping in mind the best ROI for the client.
- [ ] Attend brand events, including launch events, product releases etc and foster meaningful connections with brands.
- [ ] Occasionally conduct meetings with brands both physically and virtually to discuss marketing plans for full transparency.
- Manage the needs of talent as requested which involves constant, efficient communication
- Provide content briefs and guidelines for influencer collaborations, ensuring brand consistency and messaging
- Coordinate content delivery and ensure timely submission of influencer-generated content
- Manage logistics, including product shipments and coordination for campaigns
- Occasionally post on behalf of creators
- Produce monthly meetings with talent and be sure goals are met
- Effective diary management for talent
- Create pitch deck presentations for both talent and brands when needed
- Ensure legal compliance with brands and agencies
- Evaluate key strengths for each talent and focus on ppl partnerships that correlate
- Take part in fun activities with our Social Media Agency for our social media content
- Work out-of-hours when posts are live and update brand accordingly to ensure a smooth process
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in either; influencer marketing, talent management, social media marketing, tv - Demonstrated experience and interest in the industry
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish connections
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a creative approach
- Ideally experience in social media creation/management

We work tirelessly to build the careers of our roster both digitally and within TV whilst proactively building great relationships with brands and partners to ensure maximum results for all involved., As a Talent Executive at Ball Management, you'll be at the forefront of our companies growth, nurturing and maintaining relationships with new & existing brands and also managing a select group of talent to explore their desired goals. You will work alongside our Junior and Senior Talent Executive to ensure the brands and talents expectations are aligned.
