15% of our partnerships and ventures are charities. These include the British Asian Trust, BabyZone and Onside Youth Zones. In the same way that we support our ventures, our Partners provide direct hands-on support to these charities by being active board members and offering expert advice., The Talent team is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Talent Executive to join to focus on driving recruitment across VBS and the portfolio. The role will report into the Head of Talent and will be instrumental in leading the attraction, selection, and placement process of talent across within VBS and on a project basis across the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio. This will include a range of roles in different sectors at varying levels of seniority. There will also be opportunities to run and support on other Talent initiatives across our portfolio.
The role is designed to be an integral part of Blenheim Chalcots central function with progression opportunities within the team and/or our portfolio companies., Own a variety of hiring processes, managing end-to-end recruitment from attraction to placement.
Support on recruitment programs for senior hires and high-potential individuals into VBS and BC businesses.
Manage data-led decisions on engagement strategies and hiring tactics to ensure that were attracting the best talent for BC in the most effective way.
Facilitate the administration for all stages of the recruitment process, including liaising with key stakeholders, and updating people systems.
Demonstrate a growth mindset to continuously improve the processes and activities.
Support in the organisation of BC talent networking and L&D sessions for and across the portfolio of businesses.

Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:

drive the recruitment processes from start to finish
be able to transition between ventures and stakeholders with the ability to deliver results quickly,
act as a super-user for out ATS system, Greenhouse, ensuring it is kept up to date and that the team are following best-practice,
work closely with our BC India colleagues on administrative and operational tasks,
work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition.
consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders centrally and in the portfolio companies.

Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role., An ambitious and driven recruiter with minimum 1 year experience of working in-house, onsite or RPO.
Experience using and administrating recruitment systems including an ATS (Greenhouse preferable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
You'rea resourceful and proactive problem solver you take ownership andwontsettle until the problem is resolved.
Youre resilient and love to use any learnings to improve a process next time round.
You thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Youre willing to get stuck in were a small team so youll be happy get involved in projects outside of your job description.
