Systems Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Systems Implementation Project Manager, Your focus as Systems Implementation Project Manager will be to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of complex systems, providing our organisation with innovative solutions that drive business excellence.

Other responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Head of Projects and wider Project Teams to facilitate the successful implementation of software solutions across the business.


• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, to guide the implementation process effectively.


• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships to understand their unique needs and expectations.


• Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure project objectives are met.


• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project transparency.
