Systems Accountant

Support the implementation of the ERP system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O Once implemented manage the day to day running of the system including maintaining its integrity and performing reconciliations across all functions to ensure its accuracy.

What will you be doing:

· Maintaining the set-up requirements and controls within the ERP on a day-to-day basis

· Reconcile customer demand coming in with customer orders going out and the control processes in between.

· Reconcile customer transactions to external bank and credit card payments and the associated control processes.

· Control the sales ledger and investigate any unusual customer balances.

· Monthly balance sheet reconciliation

· Manage the company's cash flow.

· Assist with the production of the monthly accounts and forecasts.

· Help prepare the annual accounts and full supporting schedules ready for the annual audit.

· Support the purchase ledger team when required.

· Production of ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required by the directors and senior management.

· Part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

· Proficient in excel and other Microsoft Office products.

· Experience in Microsoft 365 F&O or other similar ERP/Finance applications

· Worked as part of a skilled finance team.

· Proven experience in supporting business decisions.

· Experience in drilling down and understanding what is behind the figures.

· Proven record of working on own initiative, with desire to investigate and recommend solutions.

· Experience of managing through a change environment

· Experience working in an online retail business.
