Swimming Operation Manager (Swimming co ordinator)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic operation manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong background in aquatics management, customer service, and staff development. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our swim school's success and contribute to the growth and development of our programs.,

• Provide leadership and direction to the swim school staff, including instructors, lifeguards.


• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrollment goals, increase revenue, and enhance the overall quality of our swim programs.


• Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the swim school, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.


• Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners to drive customer retention and referral business.


• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and safety guidelines related to swim instruction and aquatics management.
  
  Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid required.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.


• Knowledge of swim instruction principles, water safety practices, and industry standards.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed., Bachelor's (preferred), Operations management: 1 year (preferred)
