The ethos of all our homes is to support independence, dignity, choice and achievement by helping people to live the lives they choose.

What you'll be doing:

We seek a Support Worker with the right values and behaviours to care for and support adults with learning disabilities and other health related needs.

At Old School House, you'll join a team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults based on their needs.

You will assist them in every aspect of their daily lives, including personal care by providing a safe and supportive environment that enables individuals to feel valued, reach their potential and nurture their aspirations.

This is an exciting role where no two days are ever the same. However, you will need to be 21 or over and hold a full UK driving licence in order to fulfil driving aspects of the role.

o a competitive salary
o weekend & sleep-in allowances,
o enhanced overtime and bank holiday rates,
o generous annual leave entitlement,
o healthcare cash plan
o excellent learning & development opportunities.

If you believe you have what it takes to become an excellent Support Worker and make a difference to the lives of our service users then we would love to hear from you.
