Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of clients, and offering essential support., Provide personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Deliver high-quality care services with empathy and respect
- Support patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to ensure holistic care for clients
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond effectively to emergencies
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals in your care
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving patients as required

• Excellent communication skills


• Proof or eligibility to work in the UK


• At least 6 months experience


• DBS on update check


• Mandatory Trainings


• PMVA (compulsory)
