Full Job Description

Currently we have two full time positions available and a part-time Waking Nights (Friday and Saturday). We do require you to be a driver with a UK manual licence so that you can support the young men on trips out in their cars.

The shifts patterns are 7am-3pm, 3pm-10, sleep in (9.30pm-7am), waking night (9.30pm-7am).

    About you

    If you are the right person for the role, if you are kind, caring, active and eager to make a difference to peoples lives, we will provide you with the training you need.

    We sometimes find people with an interest in psychology do well in this role, or perhaps you're considering a specialist career supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities.

    You will need a manual driving licence (the men have their own cars). You'll be a people person', creative, flexible and have bucket loads of initiative and great resilience.
