Full Job Description

  • Support Individuals to manage and maintain their physical and mental health needs

  • Offering practical support around daily living skills such as Bill management, cooking and food shopping

  • Ensuring individuals have the opportunities to broaden their social networks and participate in leisure and physical activities

    Previous experience as

  • A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills

  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Excellent personal presentation standards

  • Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team

  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
