Full Job Description
- Support Individuals to manage and maintain their physical and mental health needs
- Offering practical support around daily living skills such as Bill management, cooking and food shopping
- Ensuring individuals have the opportunities to broaden their social networks and participate in leisure and physical activities
Previous experience as - A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent personal presentation standards
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
