Full Job Description

Responsibility for the provision of reactive and proactive multi-site maintenance support to the Horizon Supported Accommodation portfolio of sites and properties

  • Established skills in property maintenance.

  • Work independently or part of a team.

  • Health & Safety awareness, and safe working.

  • Willing to travel to multiple sites where needed.

  • Complete a range to maintenance/handyman works to a high standard.


  • Ensuring that HC&EG has a safe and efficient working environment and infrastructure for its employees and their activities.,
  • Receive maintenance request from FM software, emails and phone.

  • Update FM software when required.

  • Travel to multiple sites as required.

  • React to urgent works in a timely manner.

  • Liaise with all stakeholders & Colleagues where appropriate.

  • Supervise external contractors when needed.

  • Show responsibility for a high level or finish to all works.

  • Work in a safe manner always.

  • Complete PPM tasks where required.

  • Ensure tools and parts used are of the required standard for use.

  • Record mileage and expenses.

  • Submit weekly credit receipts, invoices & delivery notes.

  • Maintain and regularly clean vehicle.

  • Be prepared to work irregular hours if required to complete tasks.

  • Any other duties relevant to the post as requested by the Senior Estates Manager or Director of Estates and Facilities.
