Full Job Description

To provide a first class, efficient & professional customer support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction of the hundreds of Workbuzz clients using our technology.,

  • Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction - our clients rate us 9.3/10

  • Ensuring all office phone calls and support tickets are responded to within SLA

  • Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues

  • Learning how to build and deploy surveys, map data and optimise the user experience for both the surveys and results dashboards

  • Supporting client projects / account requests

  • Completing administrative tasks on our platform like employee data uploads, testing, and updating contact details

  • Providing communications support to maximise participation in surveys

  • Supporting the wider WorkBuzz team in their roles by pulling reports, setting up dashboard users, etc
