Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Central Team Customer Advisor.
We are recruiting for both 35 and 21 hour contracts., Your focus as Central Team Customer Advisor will be to act as the voice of Avery Health Care, in turn creating a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery on all calls handled. You will be responsible for converting the enquiries received into scheduled show rounds at the Care Home and will work to support overall occupancy and a positive customer journey experience.

Other responsibilities include:

  • To build a trusting and positive relationship with enquirers by understanding the Avery brand and how Avery can meet the customer's needs.

  • Ensure essential information is passed to the appropriate team when booking show rounds

  • Supporting the homes to achieve budgeted occupancy, by maintaining accurate enquiry records in AEMS


  • Maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of resident information at all times

    Our ideal candidate must:
  • Able to prioritise and has effective time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to build appropriate rapport and relationships with internal and external customers over the telephone

  • Experience of working in a telephone-based customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English, Maths Business Admin or related Field, A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
