Supply Chain Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the sales order process, ensuring all customer orders are processed promptly, and resolving daily customer service issues., Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.

Resolving and documenting customer service issues.

Managing shortages by understanding processes and collaborating with customers.

Working with the stores team to maintain accurate stock records.

Generating and managing Supply Chain reports, including aged stock, part pallets, stock rotation, and stock reconciliation.

Championing customer IT links within the Supply Chain team.

Raising awareness and supporting global food safety standards.

Creating production recipes to meet economic targets and product specifications.

Ensuring products meet legal compliance and customer expectations.

Maintaining customer factory specifications cross-functionally.

Ensuring proper stock rotation and monitoring 'use by' dates.

Optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Tracking weekly stock holding, production, and sales data.

Maintaining Factory Movex and performing weekly housekeeping.

Participating in Continuous Improvement activities and offering suggestions.
