Full Job Description

St Mark's Catholic School is seeking to appoint a Student Services Administrator & Receptionist to provide flexible, adaptive administrative support to staff across the student services, reception and school office teams. It is important to have some experience of working with children/young people but previous experience in a school is not essential.,

  • Passion for working with children/young people and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.

  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders.

  • Good IT skills and the ability to manage a database, work with spreadsheets and utilise word processing software to present data.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a very busy environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • A creative and flexible approach to problem-solving.

    Package: 30 Hours per week (Monday - Friday) - 39 weeks per year (Term-time only). Working hours from 10.30am-4.30pm.


  • Salary: Scale 5 (Point 11 - 15) = FTE salary range currently £29,583.00 to £31,440.00 (Pro Rata - £21,485.00 to £22,834.00).,
