Full Job Description

The role holder will work closely with the Engagement Coordinator as well as Money Advisers to deliver money education using social media, face to face events and other platforms, as well as developing good working relationships with other teams and services at the university to provide a professional service to our customers.
About you: The Student Money Service is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Engagement team, working 37 hours per week. You will assist with the delivery of the Student Money Service Engagement activities including money education to students in various forms such as face to face, events and workshops and social media. You will work closely with the rest of the Student Money Service as well as other teams across the university to develop ways to promote financial education and wellbeing. You will have a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, be passionate about money education and have a good working knowledge of using social media and various communion methods.
Where is this role based?
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed., UWE Bristol is a campus-based University and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience for our students that our campuses are dynamic and vibrant places to learn and spend time. This role is therefore campus based for at least 60 percent of your time, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.
