Student Engagement Officer - Student Voice

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with our students in different ways to support them not only to complete and achieve but also to get involved and develop themselves while they are with us. The suitable candidate will be confident in supporting young people to access extra-curricular activities.
You will be the main link for the Student Council and will co-ordinate, analyse and report on student feedback. Implementing the Student Involvement Strategy you will ensure a variety of opportunities for students to feedback and influence the overall student experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of, or be interested in, youth work and behaviour management. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
