About the role: As a Streetworks Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring documenting and storing the various documents received (i.e. invoices, reminders, diversion requests, etc.) into the street works team, using a variety of systems accurately and in line with processes and policies. Also, process invoices upon receipt and book those invoice details against the charges claimed within the system, and complete the payments using the current systems such as SAP and IQMS, ensuring all updates are completed for reporting purposes.

What you'll get to work on:

- Ensuring compliance to the standards in place regarding data input and the requirements in place regarding street works
- Compiling and issuing schedules of data to our third parties to agree and finalize costs to be recovered to maintain street works accounts
- Raising bills to third parties using SAP to recover costs
- Supporting in clearing and maintaining the street works accounts via SAP
- Helping in reviewing daily payment queries relating to street works, working closely with the Invoicing Team leader and other elements of the wider team where required
- Assisting the street works Invoicing Team leader in the production of reports and supplementary information relating to all financial elements within street works as and when required
- Ensuring, monitoring, and controlling the street works accounts, and activities required to complete all financial requirements relating to street works charges and our partners.
- Authorising street works charges for payment where required, and the associated recovery of costs
- Supporting the business in raising street works permits on an ad hoc basis using the current permitting systems and providing BCM

Good NRSWA and TMA understanding
- Understanding of the Permitting process
- Experience using SAP
- Ability to prioritise your work
- Flexibility to embrace and support change, whilst working to defined processes aligned to business standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills with an attention to detail
- Expert user in Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel and ability to demonstrate capabilities
