Full Job Description

  • Partner closely with our leadership team to identify, prioritize, and solve critical problems for the project

  • Manage and drive end-to-end key operational and strategic initiatives across the business

  • Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams across the company synthesizing insights and using them to set actionable plans

  • Identify and prioritize problems and structure and build quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analyses, identifying implications and key insights to drive implementation of solutions

  • Partner with project leadership to establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives

  • Create, manage and maintain strategic presentation decks for senior leaders to increase visibility, drive alignment and resolve blockers

  • Act as a point of contact and communicate with stakeholders regarding business operations, Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we're setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high ownership mentality

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Have an ability to pivot quickly and often, continually building new processes as the project scales

  • Familiarity with technical concepts and a strong passion for technology

  • 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, venture capital or a high-growth startup

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality slide decks, financial models and analytical memos for senior stakeholders
