Full Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring the successful delivery of services and driving strategic recommendations based on campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, project management abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to foster positive client relationships and drive business growth., As the first Strategic Account Manager at Second Voice, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of sales campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their tenure, proactively providing updates and insights on campaign progress and performance.

  • Coordinate client onboarding to ensure a smooth and impactful launch of partnership.

  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value-added services.

  • Address client feedback, concerns, and objectives, feeding critical information to the rest of the team to ensure relevant actions are taken.

  • Resolve escalated issues and conflicts promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and retention.


  • Campaign and Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of client delivery, ensuring proactive actions are taken and work is delivered to a high standard and on time.

  • Ensure collaboration between Head of Outbound and RevOps Manager to align activity with campaign goals and strategies.

  • Ensure high-quality reporting of activity, insights and recommendations for all accounts, working with the Head of Outbound and RevOps Manager to ensure this is documented and shared regularly


  • Tactic Creation and Updates:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, customer needs, and unique value proposition.

  • Develop comprehensive outbound tactics that align with client objectives and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Develop compelling email campaign content and sales collateral and ensure effective messaging across all campaign materials.

  • Proactively monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results, particularly around copy-writing and optimising engagement opportunities.

  • Work with the delivery team to ensure tactics are aligned with internal capability and capacity.


  • Measurement and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on client activity effectiveness and ROI.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvements across all account management and client experience.

    Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, in sales or marketing industry.

  • Customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of successful sales processes, demand generation, and the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • A team player who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the development of a quickly changing start up

    Salary: £40,000+ for a part-time position (3 days a week)
