The Store:\r

As our Uxbridge Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. Our Brighton store has been our customers go to store for the latest must have's and newest trends for 20 years. \r
\r

The Role:\r
\r

In your shopping centre store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results...whilst having fun along the way!\r
\r

You will be fully accountable for both stores performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader, Visual Coach and Management team to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI's, customer service, team development and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!\r
\r

You have previous large store management experience

\r
You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer

\r
You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI's and key objectives

\r
Commercial acumen

\r
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

\r
Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management.

\r
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a large team

\r
Multi Site management experience \r
