Store Manager

Our shirts are not about trends or fleeting style moments, but about a wardrobe essential in which to live a life, This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our store on Elizabeth Street, London. You will not only be overseeing this store but also all new stores / Pop up planned.,

• Responsible for the commercial performance of the store, driving forward sales, and

achieving company objectives

• Working with the Founder, Head of Marketing, and relevant stakeholders to define retail

goals and procedures


• Ensuring an outstanding experience for 100% of visitors to our store


• Providing excellent, memorable customer service to our community


• Oversee and manage in store activations and pop ups including



• Prepare Monthly P&L's for the store to review with the COO



• Prepare monthly proposals to review with the COO to drive footfall and customer

engagement.

• Maintain appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensure exceptional standards in

housekeeping and visual merchandising

• Oversee and manage monthly stock takes


• Building customer profiles and nurturing relationships with VIP clients.


• Prepare annual store targets and budgets aligned with the company goals


• Prepare and present trade report at the weekly trade meeting


• Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, development, coaching, and

well-being

• Ensure the store team receive solid product training for them to provide excellent

customer service

• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget


• Proactively developing experiments and insights to inform how we can improve what we

do and how we do it

• Being hands-on and ready to take on any task that may be required for the effective

running of the store/or wider business

• Maintaining the security of the premises, stock, and all monies, Your file must be a .doc, .pdf, .docx, or .rtf. No larger than 10MB

• 4-5 years experience in the retail industry, ideally already in a Manager position



• Excels in providing excellent customer service



• Excellent leadership and communication skills



• Very organised with a high attention to detail



• Have an eye for styling and a passion for women's shirting
