Full Job Description

  • Categorise the different types of transactions being processed into the stock profit balance sheet

  • Understand why different transactions are in the balance sheet and determine whether they should remain or whether corrective action can be taken

  • Provide monthly reports on the Stock Profit position to internal teams to explain any trends or areas of concern or opportunity

  • Collaborate with different areas of the business, to help verify any claims made and connect with suppliers to raise discrepancies

  • Build strong relationships with both our internal teams and external suppliers

  • Look for ways to continuously improve and bring efficiencies to the purchase to pay process

    As a Stock Profit Lead, you'll work through, understand, and investigate the different categories of transactions that are in the Stock Profit and decide whether there are grounds for recovering from our suppliers. We'll look to you to always seek opportunities to improve our processes and reduce the balance held. If you can bring excellent analysis skills with the ability to drive through results, you'll have the opportunity to make a real positive impact for our Co-op., A finance background, and can understand and perform reconciliations
