Full Job Description

  • Execute surveys adhering to HHSRS standards and addressing non-compliance.


  • Respond promptly to customer queries and contribute to data validation for programmed works.


  • ️ Identify and record potential hazards for future management and removal.


  • Ensure safe and compliant delivery of works across all service areas.


  • Support data management activities, fostering collaboration across the business.

    Significant experience in property maintenance or construction.


  • Customer-focused service delivery experience.


  • Expertise in stock condition surveys, HHSRS checks, and property-related data management.


    • Qualifications:
  • BTEC, NEBOSH, or equivalent property/construction qualification. or a composite of experience, skills and competences relating to property investment/construction.


  • HHSRS accreditation is a plus.


    • Your Toolkit:
  • Flexible and reliable, with a knack for efficient time management.


  • Proficient in using mobile devices.


  • Full UK driving licence.


  • Customer-Focused.
