Stewards needed for our Community Awareness Fun Day 18th August 2024

We are DET Entertainment. We put on events in various local communities within Bristol

Our annual event Community Awareness Fun Day (CAFD) fast approaching and we would love your support, so please get involved in this years event.

This year our event takes place on Sunday 18th August 2024.

EVENT TIMES: The actual event hours are from 12pm to 8pm

We are looking for support with various hours as our set up of the event starts from 09:00am and pack down times finishes by 10pm

• We are not expecting volunteers to cover the full hours, so please do let us know what hours you would be able to support us with


We offer many different roles on the day from stewarding, selling wristbands, supervising the play area, Lost and Found area, car park attendance, cooking, fundraising, setting up & packing down... and lots more! Throughout the day you can move into different roles to keep it interesting for you.

If you have any particular needs we would be happy to find a role that suits you- we welcome all disabilities seen and unseen, and where it is possible- we cater for all.

We always give our volunteers training leading up to the day as well as lots of opportunities to interact and meet as a team and the other volunteers.
