Full job description
We are looking for a starter level Chef de Partie to join Lussmann's friendly team. This will be on the starter section and involves desserts, hot and cold assembly, preparation for service. Full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill is a popular, independent sustainable restaurant group with brasseries in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin and Berkhamsted.
Your basic hourly wage will be £13.67 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
Prep and service work, cleaning down, compliance training (food safety, health and safety, COSHH, allergens).
Since opening in 2002, we have established a loyal local following, won national awards, been recommended by The Good Food Guide since 2010.
In September 2018 we were thrilled to have a spot in Giles Corens top 100 restaurants in the UK and we won the category 'Sourcing Fish Responsibly' at the Sustainable Restaurant Awards.
