Full Job Description

Be responsible for modelling methodology and model creation for our image sensor product developments.

Be responsible for integration of the models into a digital verification environment using either Cadence or Siemens tools

Ensure models accurately reflect specifications

Create and model sub systems/blocks with consistent modelling to enable efficient verification.

Adapt alogorithms and models to be suitable for hardware with due regard to implementation cost and verification

Document and present your work in a manner appropriate to the audience, to assist in decision making for product features or strategic direction.

Advise and create TLM based models and other models as necessary for embedded software development and verification.

Be experienced in C++ development for Linux or Windows environments.

i) A good first degree ideally covering some coding or modelling e.g.electronic engineering, computer science, maths, physics.

ii) A proven ability to create models or software for complex product developments

iii) Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts at an appropriate level for the audience.

iv) Coding skills (ideally C and C++, Matlab, Python, SystemC and SystemVerilog with TLM & Tensorflow an advantage,).

v) An appreciation of digital hardware design and verification using UVM methodology and SystemVerilog.

vi) Some Verilog, System-Verilog, UVM and Verilog DPI-C experience would be an advantage.

We seek to appoint a Staff Algorithm & Modelling Engineer within our Intelligent Sensors Group, primarily attached to the Automotive Image Sensor Product Development Group in Bracknell.
