Oracle is looking for a talented and experienced senior ABM marketing manager to define the ABM marketing strategy, develop and execute multiple ABM marketing plans and initiatives to build engagement and generate demand within the EMEA Applications major accounts. This role requires a high level of experience and understanding of Account Based Marketing strategy development, campaign planning, implementation and execution, and superior project management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact within the EMEA Applications Marketing team. You will work closely with the rest of the EMEA Applications Campaign team, the Strategy and Business Services Teams, Sales leadership and relevant Shared Services teams to plan, execute and optimise the delivery of 1:few ABM marketing campaigns in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise, execute and optimize and data-driven ABM strategy to achieve demand generation and pipe progression goals.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams and project managing execution.

  • Work with the EMEA Applications Marketing team, Global Campaign team and relevant Shared Services to manage the development, production and on-time delivery of campaigns.

  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn and optimize

  • Partner with regional business development, EMEA Applications Campaign team, Field Marketers, Sales and Global Campaigns to build integrated 1:few campaign motions

  • Project manage campaign delivery aligned to C360 processes and Wrike workflows.

  • Determine sales enablement needs and work with relevant cross functional teams to develop tools, training and enablement content to deliver an aligned Account Based approach.

  • Proactively engage with business development and sales teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of 1:few ABM marketing activities

  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to ABM programs including agencies, advertising and technology parnters Budget estimation, planning and management

  • , As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

    10+ years of B2B Marketing experience with a consistent record of success and achievement of results. Prior targeted ABM experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the marketing discipline especially enterprise, account-based and digital

  • Data-driven approach to complement intuition, use insight and the ability to make informed decisions

  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound digital marketing strategies - web, search, social, nurture, direct, relationship

  • Familiarity with standard business applications (Wrike & Eloqua) and CRM tools, and experience with vendors and technology partners supporting Account Based approach to marketing.

  • Collaborative and customer-centric in nature with the ability to facilitate groups, be the main liaison and leverage the combined strength of Oracle

  • Ability to perform in high-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
