Are you passionate about children and sport? Then you could work alongside our dedicated teaching team to enhance the sports provision within the school.
Lady Boswell's C. E. (Aided) Primary School is a Church school - which has been awarded an Outstanding Award by Ofsted in 2022. We are a caring and committed team, where the rights and responsibilities of pupils, staff and parents are valued.
We are looking for an dedicated Sports Enrichment Lead to join our team from September 2024.
The role is for 20 hours across 5 days a week, term time only, from 12.30- 16.30. There will be some flexibility to cover matches and tournaments in the mornings or on a Saturday.
Pay is at Kent Pay Range Level 6 - FTE £25,127 - £26,383 (£13.02 - £13.68 per hour). Pay is for 39 weeks of the year, which equates to term time, plus one week, which will be utilised for weekend matches and tournaments.
Main duties include:
+ Delivery of a wide range of sporting activities to enhance the PE curriculum by supporting teachers through coaching within lessons
+ Enhance our enrichment / extra curricular offer by running sports clubs, promoting sport at lunchtimes, taking responsibility for competitive sports through matches and tournaments and supporting the school's attendance at District events
+ To undertake the administration of our sports enrichment offer, including liaising with partner schools abd local sports leads, arranging matches, writing to parents, managing permissions and medical needs
+ To attend matches and fixtures on some weekends
+ To promote sport across the school

Set on the edge of the beautiful Knole Park Estate in Sevenoaks, Lady Boswell's Primary School has a strong sense of history, having been established in 1675. We are a Christian school which provides a safe and happy haven that allows every child to develop and learn in a kind and caring environment whilst achieving the highest academic standards.
Although established in 1675, our building is much newer, with the latest part completed around 2013.
