Full Job Description

  • Time managing sessions to ensure they are completed on time Assist the delivery of high quality sports coaching sessions to children and young people

  • Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles

  • Support the process of completing assessments and reports on children and young people's progress

  • Develop the knowledge and understanding of what a session looks like and put this in to practice under the guidance of Senior Activity Professionals, The training programme will consist of online learning, webinars, classroom sessions and workplace visits On completion of the programme, you will achieve a Level 4 Sports Coach qualification and Functional Skills in maths and English as required., You will be working in and around schools in Leicester within the following postcode areas, LE1, LE3, LE4, LE5, LE19. It is important that you have a full driving licence and access to transport. This is a higher-level apprenticeship and requires a sports qualification and/or experience in a sports environment. All of our staff receive industry leading CPD which includes NGB coaching qualifications and professional workshops to support their delivery. This is permanent position and the successful candidate will undergo an Enhanced DBS check & pre-employment checks

    We are looking for someone who has the passion and drive to progress within the company. We would like someone who sees themselves with Premier Education for a number of years and wants to progress to a middle or senior leadership level., Communication skills, Customer care skills, Initiative, Non judgemental, Organisation skills, Patience, Physical fitness, Presentation skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, BTEC or equivalent Sport (Grade Level 2/3) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired
    GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Desired
