Full Job Description

  • Essential - A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.

  • Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.

  • Experienced in delivering Yoga/Pilates fusion holistic classes to music.

  • Ability to follow choreography whilst implementing your own style of teaching to create a unique experience.

  • Have effective communication skills, delivering technical cues clearly with the ability to build rapport motivate!

  • Good level of fitness to be able to physically meet the demands of the work out.

  • Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising every-body is different and unique.

  • Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.

    • We are looking for SPIRIT Instructors.SPIRIT is one of David Lloyds newest signature classes and blends the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates.

    Each SPIRIT class consists of pre-choreographed workouts, to help our members become balanced, flexible, and strong. All classes are set to beautiful, motivating music and closes with a 5-minute mindfulness meditation which boosts attentiveness and improve mood while lowering stress. Our NEW SPIRIT Rebels format allows families (8yrs +) to experience this beautiful blend of yoga, Pilates, and meditation all together in one workout.
