Specialist Teacher of Deaf Children and Young People

As a peripatetic teacher of deaf children and young people the expectation is that you will support 0-19 learners across the county.

This is a fixed term contract that expires 23/07/25 to cover for maternity leave and is a part time 3 day a week position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Cheshire West and Chester Councils Deaf and Hearing Support Service, all candidates must have the mandatory qualification for teachers of deaf children and young people or be in training with relevant experience

Cheshire West and Chester Council have adopted a Local Living Wage for our employees which means that all employees will receive a minimum of £12 per hour for all contracted hours.
