Full Job Description

The Specialist Sales Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the Industry Sector Administration/Sales and E-Commerce Sales at WISKA UK Ltd.

Day-To-Day Tasks consist of:

  • Processing Orders & Quotations

  • Making and Receiving Telephone Calls

  • Monitoring Accounts

  • Building Customer Relationships

  • Advising Due Dates & Generating Business

  • E-Commerce Functioning, checking and processing of queries.

  • Working with departments to feed back answers and support to customers.

    Organisation and Time Management Skills required.

  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Ability to meet short and long term deadlines.

  • Ability to work alongside and take direction from senior members of the team.

  • Self-motivated and enjoys working within a team, but with the passion to work independently in multiple projects.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.


  • Experience in Customer Facing Roles or Sales is encouraged.
