Full Job Description

The post involves undertaking three key roles: Clinical Research Assistant (approx. 0.2 FTE) Coordination of the final phase of the randomised control trial (RCT) for Open Doors brief model of parent work APT (The Open Door Approach to Parenting Teenagers). Co-writing academic publications and conference presentations. Co-writing grant and ethics applications. Data entry, analysis and dissemination of results for the RCT. Working with the Intake Team to manage the parent waiting list and allocations Specialist Assistant Psychologist (approx. 0.4 FTE) Undertaking 1:1 CBT work under regular supervision with a counselling psychologist. Observing and contributing to psychological assessment Manage and conduct data collection and analysis, and produce reports for the senior clinical management team, Support the development of service-user participation in outcome monitoring and service development. Contribute to training in new systems and protocols for clinical outcome monitoring and

evaluation Work with Head of Data to upload parent service data into developing Open Door central system, enabling clinical outcomes to become more accessible. Develop data management systems and strategies for uploads to NHS England. Undertake other research and evaluation activities in order to support service development. Training therapists on outcome measure collection/ data capturing systems.
