SPA TRAINING COORDINATOR

We want to provide the very best experience for our guests and as our Training Coordinator, Therapists will rely on your abilities to help them further their treatment skills and product knowledge. To do this, you'll work closely with the Treatment Manager, devising a training strategy and schedule that maximises opportunities for development in the spa. Regular testing of Therapists will also fall under your remit, which will ensure consistency in Therapist abilities - helping us meet our performance targets.

As you can imagine, you'll also need to keep abreast of new products and treatments on the market and attend 'Train the Trainer' updates and courses on a regular basis, which may be away from your usual place of work.

It really is an exciting opportunity for any experienced Therapist with proven history of training others., We're looking for an excellent communicator who can demonstrate significant experience of working in the beauty industry, and who can also relate to our Therapists and cultivate learning opportunities that promote quality outcomes for the business and our guests.,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel


• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, support and challenge a team


• Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent


• Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry


• Previous experience of delivering training and presenting to groups


• Ability to build relationships at all levels


• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues


• Coaches individuals to be accountable for their own performance


Desirable requirements:

• Previous experience with a spa / leisure booking systems
  
  You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. You will predominantly be required to work Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required to work some weekends. Shifts will fall between 7am and 9.30pm.
