Full Job Description
- To ensure that all clients receive an efficient and a quality service during their treatments.
- Offer advice to customers on the range of treatments and products available and home care routines, taking every opportunity to upsell.
- Maintain all relaxation and treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Company standards and to comply with statutory legislation.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out the highest possible standard to promote customer loyalty and ensure maximum yield.
- To actively promote the venue at every opportunity
- Talk to your clients, find out what they want and how you can help them - actively make them feel special
- Talk with passion and enthusiasm, easy to have a conversation with, happy to contribute, engages others around them
Proven experience in a similar role - Qualified to NVQ Level 3
- Experience in additional treatments such as gel nails, hot stone etc would be advantageous
- Own transport due to our location
Hellidon Lakes Hotel is a modern and stylish hotel that is ideal for golf, conferences, weddings and social events. Set amongst the glorious rolling hills of the Northamptonshire countryside, Hellidon Lakes Golf Resort and Spa Hotel is a tranquil setting.
The Spa is open 7 days a week, normally operating between 8am and 6pm and your shift will range between these hours and will vary depending on business levels. There will be the occasional requirement to work an early evening twilight shift. - A competitive salary
