Spa Manager to work in Ireland

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Manager for one of our hotels.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service excellence and team leadership.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.


• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented spa therapists.


• Develop and implement creative spa menus and treatment packages.


• Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure the profitability of the spa.


• Cultivate strong relationships with guests and exceed their expectations.


• Stay abreast of the latest spa trends and treatments.
  
  Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa management role.


• Proven track record of exceeding spa revenue and profit targets.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong business acumen and financial management abilities.
