Full Job Description

  • ·Assisting executive chef in the running of a busy events department

  • ·Maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times

  • ·Ensure all HACCP forms are completed weekly

  • ·Continue to monitor wastage and manage stock rotation

  • ·Work with Executive Chef to design new and exciting dishes

  • ·Able to work under pressure

  • ·A true multi-tasker, able to juggle a range of tasks

    ·Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level

  • ·A passion for food and service

  • ·Flexible approach to hours and duties

  • ·IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders

    Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at Bristol Aerospace. This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting into our Head Chef on site and you will operate as their number 2 assuming responsibility to produce breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
