Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team on a hybrid model. In this role, you will be responsible for the integration of Housemates Connect with various platform partners, ensuring smooth and efficient API interactions and web-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our clients' needs.,

• Lead the integration of Housemates Connect with platform partners.


• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and web solutions to ensure seamless integration (workflows,demos and more)


• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration and functionality.


• Provide technical support and guidance to partners and internal teams.


• Document integration processes, technical specifications, and system configurations.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve integration practices.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, with a focus on web and API integration.


• Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.).


• Experience with integration platforms and tools.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
