Full Job Description

As a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant, technology, consulting, and solutions come naturally to you, but so does communication. You can think on your feet, have great presentation skills, and can explain complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand language. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are hyper-organized, and can multi-task.
The Solutions Consultant will add value throughout the sales process in requirements/gap analysis, value assessments, solution development, and product demonstrations.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Sales Process to assist in qualifying opportunities, conduct discovery sessions to determine the information required for the product demonstration, matching the prospects' needs with CloudPay's global payroll managed services offering and capabilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to determine their operational challenges and pain points

  • Develop and present high-impact customer-specific solution demonstrations, including preparation of examples of targeted data, custom reports, and custom import/export templates to conform to the prospective client's key business requirements

  • Assist in developing a value proposition with the Business Development Manager, which may include ROI and contribution to the customer's business case

  • Facilitate and assist with technology/IT and data security requests for information

  • Assist in preparing the implementation of country phasing models and facilitating approvals

  • Provide input and content for RFI/RFP responses and value assessments

  • Participate in the handover process of new business to Implementation and Operations; this should include all discovery requirements and any client-specific data obtained or created during the sales process

  • Provide product expertise to Sales Team for product and service-related inquiries

  • Provide a new product or feature training to members of the Sales Team

  • Be responsible for maintaining a current demo environment (i.e.: payrolls up to date)

  • Represent CloudPay at assigned Tradeshows, Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops

    1-2 years of technical experience

  • Sales Support or Product Management experience preferred

  • Strong technical expertise and familiarity with the software as a service business model (SaaS)

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with HCM, Payroll, Talent and BI software sales support

  • Proven ability to build strong internal and external working relationships and work within a team environment

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of Workday and Oracle desired

  • Must be team orientated and sales minded

  • Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently
