As a software developer, you will be responsible for our core products alongside our lovely teams. We operate as agile teams. You will be responsible for functional and nonfunctional requirements and the delivery of software for our e-commerce websites, APls, mobile app and device management platform. You will build scalable web applications by working closely with our product team and peers in the team. We are primarily .NET house, and we are looking to migrate all our legacy systems from php and python in .NET., You are collaborative and curious but enjoy landing projects that drive real business value. You have a passion for technology and inspire others in the art of writing code and designing systems. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
+ Maintain products that adhere to best coding practises.
+ Work closely with the product team to understand business priorities and deliverables.
+ Full lifecycle SW development - Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain SW.
+ Develop necessary artefacts - software, models, docs, flow.
+ Maintain existing alarm signalling loT platforms and develop new tech stack.
+ Create and maintain Cl / CD pipeline.
+ Develop and maintain testing framework, process and tools.
+ Collaborate closely with other teams, technical support, devices/firmware teams.

The individual will be keen follower of what's going on in the software development world and is passionate about their trade.
+ 3+ years of experience of software engineering.
+ Experience in working in an agile environment.
+ Degree BEng/BSc - software engineering, electrical/ electronic engineering, or relevant technical degree.
+ Proficiency C# or PHP (or both).
+ Back-end experience is mandatory, front end is preferable.
+ Experience in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
+ Experience in building and working with microservices.
+ Familiar with RDBM systems - we use Postgres, lnfluxDB, Redis.
+ Familiar with Continuous integration/ development/ deployment pipelines.
+ Familiar with Testing frameworks - Automation of testing, TDD/BDD.
+ Good understanding of GIT.
+ Familiar with one public cloud technology - Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc (Azure is preferable).
+ Message bus technologies - AMOP, MOTT, Kafka, RabbitMO or similar.
+ Docker, Docker swarm, Kubernetes.
