Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to to undertake cases independently and demonstrating an ability to adapt the approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual case, assessing and managing risks appropriately.
The ideal candidate will be working with adults with disability and older people, families, carers and communities to help them express their needs and make informed decisions and contribute to service planning., Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Worker
- Have knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and experience of Strength-Based assessment, Mental Capacity Assessment, person-centred approach etc
- Must have SWE number
- Enhanced DBS or be prepared to do one
£22 - £28 an hour - Full-time, Temporary contract
