Full Job Description

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing paid social campaigns across our diverse brand portfolio. You'll be responsible for developing social media content calendars, creating engaging and shareable content, and providing regular performance reports. You should be well-versed in the latest social media trends and comfortable proposing new ideas and strategies. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing you will collaborate closely with our Brand Marketers, as well as our in-house Design, Photography, and Videography teams., · Social Media Strategy: Work with head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. Identify appropriate target audiences and tailor content across brands to maximise reach and engagement.

· Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, and ad copy. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve campaign objectives.

· Content Creation and Management: Generate high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with the Design, Photography, and Videography teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content. Develop and manage a detailed social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and a diverse range of content types, such as images, videos, blog posts, and interactive content.

· Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Build and maintain relationships with followers, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.

· Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyse key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights to guide future decision-making and optimisation.

· Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketers to ensure that social media content aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the in-house Design, Photography, and Videography teams to maintain a cohesive brand image across all platforms.

· Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Keep a close eye on the ever-evolving social media landscape. Stay informed about algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and industry-specific trends. Adapt strategies and content to remain relevant and effective. Continuously propose and implement creative ideas and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging social media trends and technologies.

· Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety

· Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or for the benefit of the company.

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.

· Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

· Proficient in analytics, as well as knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practice.,
