Social Media Associate

+ Support the Social Media Manager and the Social Media Associate Manager in content creation and development alongside Creative team
+ Assist managing community management accounts within (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
+ Stay up to date with DECIEM's product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns
+ Engage, maintain and develop professional relations with customers
+ Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications
+ Assist with customer queries across all platforms
+ Coordinate Social Media Campaigns as required
+ Adhere to company policies, social media rules and regulations
+ Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement
+ Help to develop and maintain our social media content calendar
+ Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform)
+ Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development

+ Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required
+ A love for creating content, comfortable speaking to the camera and livestreaming is required
+ Knowledge in current events and pop culture and Knowledge/proficiency in all current social platforms
+ Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset
+ Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in in social media or in a similar field is an asset
