Full Job Description

  • Responding to all comments, posts, enquiries and complaints for 3sixfive's clients in a timely manner

  • Mastering each client's individual tone of voice and ensuring that their brand guidelines are met at all times

  • Provide day-to-day assistance in the management of brand social media communities

  • Have a good understanding of all clients, ensuring you are up to date on all the latest changes

  • Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring effective communication throughout the working day

    We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Social Media Assistant (Community Executive) to join our Community Management team, and work with some of the UK's biggest brands. You will respond to our clients' customers via a range of social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and engagement. With the support of our Team Leaders, you will enhance the customer / fan / guest experience via social media to help build our clients audience and presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.


  • The ideal candidate will have an existing experience with working in a people-focussed environment, where they have understood the requirements of their customers and had their needs met. You will need to pay attention to detail and understand client briefs to ensure that your responses are on-brand and match the tone of voice expectations given. Working within an agency means no two days are the same so we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and can adapt easily to a fast paced environment.,
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role

  • A passion for social media and an understanding of how brands use these channels

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong time management skills

  • Creative and an 'out of the box' thinker

  • Proactive and responsive

  • Leadership experience is desirable, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
