Full Job Description

Based at Carillon Court, Loughborough you will be responsible for the management of 28 retail units and a multi-story carparking facility. A hands-on position responsible for:

  • Property management - H&S, cleaning, maintenance (reactive & planned)

  • Asset management - inspection reports, utilities

  • Record keeping

  • H&S

  • Tenant relations

  • Carpark management

  • Tenant support liaison

    You will enjoy working independently, but also be a good communicator as you coordinate contractors, deal with customers and tenants. Someone able to think on their feet, prioritise and actively manage situations to a positive conclusion. This is an active job with various site / unit checks, dealing with security and maintenance teams etc and does need someone with the motivation and drive to actively complete these daily tasks.


    • You will ideally have past experience in a shopping centre but the individuals skills, ability and disposition is the most crucial factor and those from a hotel, multi-faceted hospitality venue or accommodation property management would also be well suited.,
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


    • Experience:
  • Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
