Site Manager

You will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operational activities in order to meet the Company's production objectives relating to safety, quality, production, presentation, and financial performance, in addition to achieving the required levels of site presentation and service to our customers.

• Proven experience of working within the Residential property or house builder sector experience


• Experience and knowledge of traditional build and timber frame structures.


• Experience and knowledge of apartments & flats (desirable)


• Hold a professional or technical Building qualification or degree.


• Ideally, MCIOB qualified or working towards


• Strong experience and knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation, NHBC standards and other required building standards


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff and clients.


• Ability to organise and prioritise and manage time constraints effectively.
