Site Installation Supervisor

We are looking for experienced Site Installations Supervisors / Site Managers for projects in the Midlands and North of England ensuring that our sites are managed safely, finished to the highest standards and closed out within the timeframes agreed.

This is a site based role and reports to our Head Office Contracts Team in Kent. Coordinating with Regional Project Managers, day to day will involve work on multiple smaller projects or one larger project with the ability to work to consistently high standards with minimal supervision, both autonomously and as part of a team.

About the Job

• Assist in the setting up of project sites including site fencing, signage, protective surfacing.


• Managing trades/labour on site to ensure all work elements complete to highest standards


• Ensuring sites adhere to approved RAMS to ensure a safe working environment


• Provide daily updates to the customer and head office contracts team


• Fitting signage, controls, components and trims to site installations


• Installing cycle racks and stands and street furniture.


• Closing out project finishing works including paintwork, fitting of rainwater systems, flashing and trims.


• Closing out project sites including cleaning, assisting in loading of company delivery vehicles


• Assisting installation teams to complete projects in agreed timeframes


• Assist with project sign-off and handover

• Located in The Midlands or North of England

• CSCS Card with SSSTS, IPAF and PASMA an advantage though additional training and certifications renewals provided where required
