Full Job Description

Due to an internal secondment, we are now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to be based from our Methwold based manufacturing site on an 18 month fixed term contract.

Providing business partnering support to the site General Manager and leadership team, you will provide dynamic analysis to the site which contributes to strategically focused, finance-led, first-in-class decision making. You will monitor performance of site KPI's with a sound understanding of cost drivers and efficiencies which ensure key operational and financial targets are delivered.

The role will be targeted with helping to identifying and helping drive cost savings as the business continues to grow, and therefore an appreciation of understanding capital projects, expenditure and associated business cases is required.

This will be an 18 month fixed term contract position with a hybrid working arrangement. Typically, you will be based on-site 3-4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely when required.

Relevant recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a numbers of years post-qualification experience

- Presentable background in a finance business partnering capacity, ideally within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics

- Excellent system skills with confidence to report from SAP and a high level of proficiency in Excel

- Self-starting attitude with commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers

- Ability to communicate, influence and challenge senior level stakeholders
